Soulful Sunday is our wellness program that is focused on restorative rest and nervous system regulation. Unlike the typical vacations, Soulful Sundays are intentionally designed to help you “slow down” rather than push for a high-intensity transformation. 

RootsVida’s Soulful Sundays counteract the digital overload, the corporate burnout, and chronic overstimulation that has been burdening you.
