Get ready to find the real you inside you and to feel the connection of yoga and astrology, get ready for Svadhyaya. Classes in hatha yoga, philosophy of life and personal counselling sessions based on astrology. In these sessions, you will learn self-realization practices of yoga and spiritual guidance through philosophies that will help you to build harmony between mind, body and nature.

Arrival at Retreat location
Arrival and Havan on the 1st day at 12 pm. Be part of the introduction session between teachers and students. Get to know the rules of retreat such as time to wake up and other disciples.
After Lunch spend an hour on spiritual guidance and attend the class of Philosophy. From 5 pm be a part of personal sessions in Astrology that will really help you to create balance between mind, body and nature. Get to learn and practice 2 specific exercises. At 7:30 pm have dinner and at 8:30 be the part of night meditation. At 10pm after lights out take your sleep and get yourself ready for the next day.
Learn the basics of Svadhyaya
Wake up with the views of river Ganga and experience beautiful silence and freshness of the morning. At 7:30 am there will be a guided pranayama class followed by gentle Yoga class at 8:15 am. Enjoy the Breakfast/Lunch meal at 10 am. At 11: 30 am leave for a trek and explore the beauty of nature and the traditional value of the place. Return back at 2 pm, have lunch. Take another yoga session and guidance from 4 pm to 6 pm. At 7:30 pm have dinner and at 8:30 be the part of night meditation for mental peace and health. At 10 pm after lights out take your sleep and get yourself ready for the next day.
The Last Session
With chirping birds and clean atmosphere breathe the fresh air and start your day. Wake up at 7 am and at 9 am explore the place and enjoy a yoga session in the woods. At 1 pm depart for your home and take back the learnt ways of creating, harmony and balance among mind, body and nature with the magic of Svadhyaya.
For this special yoga and spiritual retreat enjoy your stay a homely retreat house on the bank of Ganga, surrounded by mountains. This house is a space where you can come to relax, rejuvenate, meditate, paint, read, write, and trek around or simply to practice the art of doing nothing. A lovely place to spend time sitting next to Ganga, have a swim or for the more adventurous ones, jump from the famous jumping rock.
