  1. Day 1 V

    Arrival by 12:00 PM – Welcome & Check-in
You are welcomed with herbal tea and soft chants playing in the
background. The energy is calm, intentional, and gently inviting. It’s time
to leave the mental noise and enter a sanctuary of sound.
2:00 PM – Opening Havan (Sacred Fire Ceremony with Music
    Invocation)
Our retreat begins with a fire ceremony, invoking the five elements and
divine frequencies. As the fire crackles, ancient Vedic chants set the tone
—calling in clarity, surrender, and inner rhythm.
4:30 PM – Herbal Refreshments & Quiet Time
5:30 PM – Evening Session: The Music of the Soul – A Journey
    Through Nada (Sacred Sound)
This heart-opening session introduces the philosophy of Nada Yoga—the
practice of tuning in through sound. Learn how sound has always been a
tool for healing and awakening across cultures. Expect storytelling, gentle
vocal toning, and silence woven together.
    7:00 PM – Sattvic Dinner
8:30 PM – Guided Sound Meditation & Vocal Rest
We close the day with a sound bath using crystal bowls and soft vocal
drones that lull you into deep rest. You don’t “listen”—you receive.
10:00 PM – Silent Hours Begin

  2. Day 2 Voice as Medicine

7:00 AM – Morning Session: Voice Activation & Chakra Tuning
We begin with breath and vocal toning to awaken energy centers
(chakras) through sound. You’ll explore your own resonance, breaking free
from stuck emotions and reclaiming your authentic voice. No experience
    needed—just willingness.
    8:30 AM – Nourishing Breakfast
    10:30 AM – Sound & Energy Sessions
Each participant is offered a session focused on their voice, breath, or
sound patterns. This is where old blocks can gently begin to dissolve.
    1:00 PM – Lunch
4:30 PM – Tea & Satsang: The Music of Belonging
We gather in circle to share stories, songs, or even just presence. These
are not performances but offerings. The circle becomes a mirror—what
you share helps others heal too
    7:00 PM – Dinner
    8:30 PM – Sufi Singing
We close the retreat not with words, but with ishq—a soulful sufi singing
circle that brings together everything we’ve explored. Whirling poetry,
heart melodies, and raw joy fill the space. This is not the end—it’s a
    beginning.

  3. Day 3 Earth, Rhythm & Resonance

6:30 AM – Walk to the Forest & Nature Soundscape Session
We rise early and walk into the nearby forest or riverside. There, we listen
deeply. The wind, the birds, the water. We hum, chant, or sing with nature.
    It’s a communion, not a concert.
    8:30 AM – Breakfast
10:30 AM – Didgeridoo Workshop with Mukesh Dhiman
Meet Mukesh, a master craftsman and sound healer. He introduces us to
the Didgeridoo, an ancient Aboriginal instrument known for its deep vibrational healing. You’ll learn to play and feel its grounding effects in
    your body and breath.
    1:00 PM – Lunch
3:30 PM – Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan
An unforgettable ritual. As we gather by the sacred river, the sound of
bells, chants, and the rising flame merges with the collective energy. You’ll
    feel connected—beyond time, beyond self.
    7:30 PM – Dinner
9:00 PM – Optional Stargazing or Sleep Meditation with Ambient
    Music

  4. Day 4 Integration & Departure

7:00 AM – Reflection & Writing: The Voice That Was Always Yours
With gentle prompts, you’ll reflect on what you’ve uncovered—about your
voice, your emotions, your truth. Your journal becomes a sacred echo of
    your experience.
    8:30 AM – Final Breakfast
11:00 AM – Departure with Take-Home Sound Ritual Kit
You leave with more than memories—chants, breathwork, and tools to
    keep your sound practice alive.
