All about the YOUnique – Life Coaching Retreat.

A 6-day coaching journey in Ladakh to reset, reconnect, and rediscover your inner compass.

Sometimes, the mountains call not for the view, but for the shift.
This isn’t a vacation. This is a retreat that meets you where you are, then gently nudges you to where you’re meant to be. Set by the serene banks of the Indus River, surrounded by ancient monasteries and the wisdom of silence, this experience blends mindful travel, coaching, community, and reflection. It’s curated for those who are craving clarity, craving joy, or simply craving a pause.

You’ll wake up to yoga by the river. Walk barefoot on ancient lands. Journal beside strangers who’ll become mirrors. Visit local monasteries, craft pottery, ride down Himalayan slopes, create vision boards, cook with locals, share laughter around bonfires, and even ask the stars some hard questions.

What makes it different?
This is not a packed itinerary or a luxury escape. This is intentional living—woven through deep coaching moments, local connection, and soulful rituals. We go slow. We go inward. We heal while we travel.

Why This Retreat?

Because this isn’t a holiday. It’s soul work in the Himalayas. It’s for anyone who’s done with autopilot, hungry for joy, and ready to hear their own voice again. If you’ve been feeling a pull — this is your sign.

Limited to 12 seekers. Because deep work needs safe circles.

  1. Day 1 Arrival & Opening Circle – Setting Intentions

Welcome to Ladakh! Participants are encouraged to arrive by or before 2:00 PM so they can check in, settle down, and absorb the mountain air. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a curated welcome gift and be guided to your room.

By 5:00 PM, we gather by the banks of the Indus River for our first moment of togetherness—over high tea. This is where the journey truly begins. Meet your roommates and fellow travelers, engage in light icebreakers, and together, we co-create a “Roommate Respect Manifesto” that sets the tone for a safe, nourishing space.

As the sun softens, we move into our Opening Circle. You’ll reflect on your personal intentions for the retreat through guided journaling and the signature “21 Questions” exercise. Dee will begin 1:1 conversations to tune into your story, your needs, and your energy.

After dinner, you’re welcome to join us for a quiet stargazing session under Ladakh’s unforgettable night sky.

  2. Day 2 Presence, Culture & Joy – Slowing Down to Tune In

We begin the day with yoga by the river—a gentle way to ground yourself in your body and the environment. Afterward, as you sip your tea or juice, you’ll explore a fun and revealing “YOUnique Cards” session, designed to awaken self-inquiry and light-hearted sharing.

Following brunch and rest, we head out for an experiential half-day excursion. We’ll stop at Magnetic Hill and Sangam Point, marveling at Ladakh’s geography, and then drive on to Likir Monastery, one of the region’s most serene spiritual spaces.

Here, you’ll participate in a pottery session led by a local artist—a hands-on experience in slowing down and connecting with your senses and the land. A packed lunch or high tea will be served on-site.

Back at the hotel by early evening, we gather for our JOY Cards Session—a deeper group reflection where participants can share personal insights, document breakthroughs, and receive five soulful journaling prompts.

An optional stargazing session follows dinner for those who wish to wind down under the Milky Way.

  3. Day 3 Self-Discovery & Life Compass – Finding Your Inner Rhythm

Our third morning begins with breathwork or meditation by the river, allowing you to soften the internal noise and drop into a space of calm clarity. Post-tea, we ease into a coaching workshop titled “What Makes My Heart Sing?”, where you’ll reflect on moments of self-alignment, identity, and quiet transformation.

After breakfast and showers, enjoy some quiet time with yourself.

Upon returning, you’ll have space to nap, write, or schedule a 1:1 coaching session with Dee.

The day concludes around a bonfire, with a reflective group session on your “Life Compass”—where are you headed, what’s lighting your way, and what’s asking to be released. Expect heartfelt conversations, laughter, and grounding.

  4. Day 4 Visioning & Flow – Dreaming with Courage

This is the day we lean into movement and freedom. If you’re up for it, the day begins with a cycle ride down from Hemis Hill, designed to explore themes of co-living, trust, and surrendering control. A picnic breakfast is either enjoyed at the summit or once back at the base.

Back at the hotel, you’ll dive into our signature Vision Board session. Using images, words, and symbols, you’ll shape your vision for your year—or for yourself—anchored in the realizations of the last few days.

The afternoon is kept relaxed. You may opt for river rafting if the group energy calls for it or simply use the time to complete your vision board, rest, or journal.

In the evening, we hold a tarot circle. Each participant can ask one question—either self-led or facilitated by Dee—to explore inner truths and synchronicities. Stargazing, conversations, and warm food round off the day.

  5. Day 5 Celebration & Closing – Coming Full Circle

As our time together begins to close, we begin the morning with a full-body yoga session to stretch, realign, and reflect. After breakfast, we step out to explore Shanti Stupa and the local Leh market, soaking in the spirit of the town.

Lunch is on your own or ask us for recommendations, you will be a freebird to explore the place.

By evening, we gather for a light-hearted yet meaningful Pizza-by-the-Fire Pyjama Party. We do a final check-in of our retreat intentions—what was gained, what felt unresolved, and what surprised us.

There’s space for an optional “Weakness Zapper” coaching activity and a closing Q&A where nothing is too big or too small to be held.

Our final Closing Circle is a deeply affirming ritual—each participant receives a heartfelt acknowledgment and shares one word that captures their journey. This is where lives shift—when we see ourselves in one another.

  6. Day 6 Farewell & New Beginnings – Morning Prayers at Thiksey

Our farewell morning starts early, as we visit the tranquil Thiksey Monastery for morning prayers—one last moment of stillness to look inward and anchor your transformation.

Here, you’ll write a postcard to your future self, sealing your intentions, growth, and dreams.

We return for a farewell breakfast and heartfelt goodbyes. The retreat ends, but the journey continues—with a new compass and a community that will always have your back.
