Classes in hatha yoga, philosophy of life and personal counselling sessions based on astrology. In these sessions, you will learn self-realization practices of yoga and spiritual guidance through philosophies that will help you to build harmony between mind, body and nature.

    1. Day 1 Arrival at Retreat location

      Arrival on the 1st day at 12 pm. Be part of the introduction session between the facilitator and partcipants. Get to know the rules of retreat such as time to wake up and other disciplines.

      After Lunch spend an hour on spiritual guidance and attend the class of Philosophy. From 5 pm be a part of personal sessions in Astrology that will really help you to create balance between mind, body and nature. At 7:30 pm have dinner and at 8:30 be the part of night meditation. At 10pm after lights out take your sleep and get yourself ready for the next day.

    2. Day 2 Learn the basics of Svadhyaya

      Wake up with the views of river Ganga and experience beautiful silence and freshness of the morning. At 7:30 am there will be a guided pranayama class followed by gentle Yoga class at 8:15 am. Enjoy the Breakfast meal at 10 am. At 11: 30 am we visit Andretta Pottery to spend sometime with mud and get our inner child to play. Return back at 2 pm, have lunch. Rest and take astrological talk session and guidance from 4 pm to 5 pm. We now go for a hike and try and meet ourselves in the silence. At 7:30 pm have dinner and at 8:30 be the part of night sound bowl meditation for mental peace and health. At 10 pm after lights out take your sleep and get yourself ready for the next day.

    3. Day 3 Connect with Yourself

      Wake up to experience beautiful silence and freshness of the morning. At 7:30 am there will be a guided pranayama class followed by gentle Yoga class at 8:15 am. Enjoy the Breakfast meal at 10 am. At 11: 30 am, we do intention setting, journaling and sharing circle to know a little more about ourselves. Have lunch. Take another astrological session and guidance from 4 pm to 5:30 pm. We then leave to visit Baijnath Shiv temple to immerse into the Aarti and connect with our higher self, through the chants. At 7:30 pm have dinner and at 8:30 be the part of night sound bowl meditation for mental peace and health. At 10 pm after lights out take your sleep and get yourself ready for the next day.

    4. Day 4 Departure

      With chirping birds and clean atmosphere breathe the fresh air and start your day.  Wake up at 7 am and at 9 am explore the place and enjoy a yoga session in the woods. After Breakfast, we do a closing session and you can depart for your home as per your flight/bus and take back the learnt ways of creating, harmony and balance among mind, body and nature with the magic of Svadhyaya.

    Accomodation & Stay Details

    Mirage Andretta, Himachal
    A boutique heritage homestay nestled in a lush, quiet setting offering stunning views. Set in the idyllic Andretta artist’s village, it is the perfect space to relax and rejuvenate.

    The White House belonged to the late Malti Chandhiok, a very close friend of Norah Richards, and was built in 1956 of a mix of mud & bricks. Since it became part of The Mirage, it has had a major renovation, while all the time maintaining its original charm. It’s colourful eclectic decor is dedicated to reflect art rooted in the Andretta Artist Colony. The mud walls give the rooms a wonderfully cosy feel.

    Consists of 5 double bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room & a dining room plus kitchen equipped for morning tea & coffee. Meals are served in the Main House dining room.
