Ladakh Group Tour ( Ex – New Delhi – Srinagar)

Our Tour Captain greets you and guides you for the following trip. Relax and have breakfast at the hotel. Post lunch the trip leader will hold a meeting to interact and know each other get introduced and do trip briefing. This is an acclimatization and preparation day. We all shop the required materials for the trip. You can chill in the evening at one of the cafes at the Old Manali.

Altitude:  Sarchu 14070ft, Baralacha la pass: 16040ft, Rohtang pass: 13050ft

We start our early today around 6am. Today we have a long day and we start the road journey of a life time trip. We cross through Rohtang pass, Lahaul valley and Keylong driving 200 km. As we pass through the glaciers around, we reach Sarchu and camp between the glaciers for that night.

Altitude: Sarchu :-14070ft leh :-11562ft Tanglang la :-17480ft

After a tough day and tough night, we are again up to experience Sarchu in day light. The magnificient flat land in between majestic mountains changes its colours throughout the day. After a heavy breakfast we start moving ahead for Leh. We suggest you do not sleep in this journey, live every moment and experience even the night and its changing landscapes. Today we are going to pass through Baralacha Pass and Thanglang La pass –believed to be the world’s third highest pass. It is itself an experience to be at these places. Lucky or unlucky you may have snowfall when you reach here and you may feel like walking above the clouds. We are already in Ladakh region we shall stop in between for tea brakes and lunch. When you are in Ladakh don’t forget to try local cuisine while Ladkahi butter tea is a must try. As we drive ahead, you cross through the largest flat lands found on such an altitude. We reach Leh by the evening and keep greeting people by saying ‘Juley’ to people passing by. If we reach early we can go for walk at night, overnight stay in hotel.

We have had a long journey past two days today we will acclimatize and rest. Get up easy in morning have breakfast and leave for Leh exploration. Visit Hemis monastery, Shey palace, Shanti stupa. Enjoy meals at beautiful cafes. Overnight stay at hotel.

Altitude: Khardung la 17,582 ft. Nubra valley 10,000 ft
After Breakfast, move towards Highest Motorable Road of The World, KhardungLa Pass. Have a cup of  tea there, get yourself clicked with the Khardungla Signboard by BRO. From here, we start our beautiful journey again to magical land of  Nubra valley, sand dunes cultural shows, Ladakhi dance and Bactarian double hump camels are highlights of the day

Altitude:  Pangong Tso : 14270 ft

Today we get up early in the morning and drive to the world famous Pangong Tso Lake in changthang valley . We leave early in the morning from Nubra  and have our breakfast . Crossing over some of the most treacherous  roads and mighty shyok river  we will reach Pangong Tso- the place which just mesmerises you with its beauty. We visit the famous point where the famous Bollywood movie Three Idiots, shot a small sequence. Since it takes more than a day to behold the beauty of this place in one single evening, the night is spent on Pangong Lake doing star gazing and moon watch.

Altitude: Leh 11560 ft Altitude: Chang la pass 17562ft

Today after breakfast we head back to Leh saying good bye to this beautiful place of Pangong Tso. And explore chang thnag valley.

We stop at multiple beautiful points on the way and share stories. Changthang valley has a lot to explore  then Pangong lake. Trust us it is one of the most beautiful place in world and one can have a life changing experience. For lunch we take a halt at Karu, and after lunch we visit the sand dunes on our way back. Interested people can do ATV rides here. We check in back to hotel and relax. In the evening we explore the beautiful market of Leh.

Changspa is the must go place lined with beautiful cafes and interesting shops. Overnight stay at hotel.

We will experience the confluence of Indus river and zanskar, Magnetic Hill and Lamayuru, Ladakh’s oldest monastery where his holiness Naropa meditate in a cave for ages. Finally we reach Leh. We check into our hotel, relax and acclimatize. Finally we reach kargil. We will visit the war memorial of kargil pay our tribute  to the warriors and experience what they faced – how they gave there today for our future. After this we go and check into our hotel  and relax in Kargil

Its the final day of our this expedition.  Post our breakfast we leave for Srinagar. Crossing over treacherous paths  and mighty Zojila pass we enter into Sonmarg valley . Sonmarg is a beautiful wide valley and often compared or at times said more beautiful then many European destinations like Switzerland. We experience sonmarg and then finally reaches the Srinagar. We check into our hotel and stay overnight in Srinagar. We will chill out and share our experience with each other by now we must have made some new friends. We must share our smiles and promise each others to meet again at some another amazing expedition .
