    1. Day 1 Arrival & Grounding into Sacred Space

      Arrival by 12:00 PM – Welcome & Check-in
You’re greeted not with formalities, but with warmth. A cup of herbal tea, a gentle smile, and the fragrance of incense. It’s time to leave the noise behind and step into silence.

2:00 PM – Opening Havan (Sacred Fire Ceremony)
We gather around the fire, a sacred ritual to burn away what’s no longer needed—doubt, fatigue, anxiety. As the flames rise, so do your intentions. A priest chants ancient mantras invoking protection, clarity, and grace. This is where your retreat truly begins.

4:30 PM – Herbal Refreshments & Quiet Time
Rest, wander, or journal. Your pace is your own.

5:30 PM – Evening Philosophy: “The Yogic Way of Living”
We explore not yoga as exercise, but as a way of life. This session is about rediscovering simplicity, mindfulness, and presence. A gentle conversation that plants seeds for your inner journey.

      7:00 PM – Sattvic Dinner
Fresh, nurturing, and cooked with intention—our meals are an act of self-love. You’ll feel the difference in every bite.

8:30 PM – Yoga Nidra (Guided Yogic Sleep)
As your body rests, your subconscious begins to heal. Yoga Nidra is a deep meditative rest that reaches into places even sleep cannot. A guided journey into surrender.

10:00 PM – Silent Hours Begin
Let the quiet wrap around you like a shawl. This is your time to simply be.

    2. Day 2 Insight & Inner Alignment

      6:30 AM – Morning Yoga & Pranayama
We rise with the sun. Through gentle asanas and conscious breathwork, we awaken the body and center the mind. This is not a performance—it’s a practice of coming home to yourself.

      8:00 AM – Nourishing Breakfast

10:00 AM – One-on-One Vedic Astrology Sessions Begin
Each participant receives a private session with a skilled astrologer. This is not prediction—it’s self-understanding. You’ll explore your karmic blueprint, hidden strengths, and the lessons your soul chose for this lifetime.

      1:00 PM – Lunch

3:30 PM – Tea & Satsang: The Power of Shared Truths
We gather in a circle—no masks, no roles. Just honest sharing, storytelling, music, or silence. Sometimes, the greatest healing comes from being seen.

5:30 PM – Evening Restorative Yoga
A gentle flow that softens the body and prepares it for deep rest. You’ll stretch not just muscles, but the tension you didn’t know you were holding.

7:00 PM – Early Light Dinner

8:30 PM Sound Bath & Healing Circle
The vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and ancient instruments help release trapped energy and emotions. You simply lie down, receive, and let the sound do its quiet magic.

      10:00 PM – Good Night

    3. Day 3 Nature, Stillness & Sound

6:00 AM – Sunrise Forest Hike + Yoga by the Ghat or in the Woods
We walk in silence. The early morning mist, the sound of birds, the rhythm of your steps—all are part of the meditation. When we arrive at the ghat or forest clearing, we lay down our mats. Yoga in nature connects us to something bigger—unfiltered, alive, whole.

      8:30 AM – Breakfast

10:30 AM – Spa Healing Sessions
Choose from traditional Ayurvedic treatments—Abhyanga oil massage to release deep-rooted stress, or Shirodhara, where warm oil flows gently over your third eye to calm your nervous system. This is self-care at its most sacred.

1:00 PM – Lunch and some Free Time

4:30 PM – Ganga Aarti & Tea at Parmarth Niketan
This isn’t just a ritual—it’s a feeling. As the sun dips into the river, the air is filled with chants, fire, flowers, and devotion. You don’t need to understand the language to feel the shift inside.

      7:30 PM – Dinner

      8:30 PM – Reflection & Experience Sharing
Sharing is a great way to release. Enjoy a connected circle of meaningful conversations.

      10:00 PM – Good Night

    4. Day 4 Integration & Return

7:30 AM – Morning Silence, Reflection & Journaling
You’ll be offered simple journaling prompts to help integrate your experience. What do you want to carry back? What are you ready to release?

8:30 AM – Final Breakfast & Closing Circle
We sit in a circle one last time, share our stories, hold space for each other, and give gratitude. You leave not just rested, but reawakened.

      10:00 AM – Check-out & Departure
But truly, something within you stays.
