Pass Mussoorie, one of India’s most popular hill stations, and the spectacular Kempty Falls on the way. You start walking on a cemented path, going up from the main village market. This trail is a steep one and it will take around 4-5 hours to complete. After lunch en route, we will be moving towards the campsite to be reached by evening. Once arrived, we will set up a camp for the night. Tea/coffee will be served immediately after and a sumptuous meal in the night around a bonfire under the starry sky. Overnight stay in tents.

The camping ground is full with mint leaves which can be mixed to form a delightful brew of mint tea or the Kandali shrub that can be washed and cooked to form a tasty saag. Our tents were set up in no time and the staff advised us to layer up and rest for a while.
The campsite at Katian is famous for the marvellous sunset views that can be seen from here and is a highlight of the Nag Tibba trek. The colors come out beautifully during the evening twilight hours.
